But, you are now strong enough to begin to actually get, umm, stronger, in an intelligent and efficient manner. If strength is your goal, and it ought to be on some level, then there are much better routes to get there. It's not a balanced workout, and it's a circuit workout. That being said, after you've acquired a base level of strength, it's time to begin to refine and advance your routine.
